IBO Welcomes Josh Blair

The International Bowhunting Organization would like to welcome Josh Blair as our newest member of the NASP®/IBO 3D Challenge team. With 49,060 youth archers competing in 264 events nationwide in 2022, the NASP®/IBO 3D Challenge continues to be the one of the fastest growing archery programs. Starting with the 2023 season, Josh will be planning and implementing even more NASP®/IBO 3D Challenge events to offer NASP® archers additional opportunities.

Josh lives in Lancaster, Ohio and has been a NASP® coach with Fairfield Christian Academy for 15 years. He also recently became a NASP® Basic Archery Instructor Trainer (BAIT) so he can support NASP® as it continues to grow in Ohio and beyond. Josh and his wife, Misti, have 5 children: Christian, Caitlin, Danny, Todd, and Connor, all of which can boast very successful NASP® and/or collegiate archery careers.

“We are excited to have Josh’s experience, knowledge and enthusiasm for youth archery on our team,” said NASP®/IBO 3D Director Ryan Bass. “With the addition of Josh, we will be able to add even greater momentum to the largest of youth 3D initiatives.”
