Caymas Boats is looking for an experienced Florida-based, independent sales representative to represent Caymas Boats in the state of Florida. This representative will work with Caymas Florida dealers to introduce and develop the Caymas saltwater product line. The Caymas Sales Representative will report to the V.P. of Sales and Marketing in Ashland City, Tennessee.

Roles and Responsibilities: The Caymas Sales Representative is the principal Caymas representative in Florida. Each model year, goals will be set in order to reach agreed upon sales and territory objectives. The Caymas Sales Representative is expected and will be responsible for the following: -Attend Caymas Dealer Events -Attend Florida boats Shows to support Caymas dealers and Caymas brand -Attend national boat Shows (Miami/Ft. Lauderdale) -Attend assigned Florida fishing events to introduce and develop the Caymas product. -Provide product training to Caymas sales and service dealer representatives. -Attend Caymas Sales and product meetings -Be available to travel overnight for both work weeks and weekends as required

Qualifications: -Marine experience at dealer level or at boat manufacturer in Florida preferred. -Strong selling and communication skills verbally and in writing. Skill with Microsoft Word/Excel. -Must have valid Driver’s license and experience towing boats of all sizes. -Independent Contractor employment status without competing competitive boat lines.
