Indiana: Watch Eagles at Patoka Lake

Programs, indoors and outdoors, will run from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Patoka Lake Nature Center during the 31st annual Eagle Watch. Patoka Lake’s resident bald eagle and other live raptors will be in attendance. Dana Reckelhoff, Patoka Lake’s interpretive naturalist, will share the life story of these amazing birds of prey.

Join wildlife specialist Brian Finch and his team on driving tours to hot spots for eagle viewing. Allisyn Gillet, Indiana's non-game bird biologist, will share the history of the 1980’s Eagle Reintroduction Program and the success of the species.
