First, The High Road heads to Colorado for a very special adventure. In partnership with the Rocky Mountain Youth Project, The High Road takes a young man named Carter on his very first elk hunt! The Rocky Mountain Youth Project, an organization that provides outdoor adventures to youths with illnesses and combat veterans, has chosen The High Road Group to bring their mission to the viewing public.
Carter has battled cancer, and for some time, he has dreamed of going on a bull elk hunt. The High Road Group teams up with the Rocky Mountain Youth Project to help this young man fulfill his dream as he hunts with his father, chasing huge herds of elk in Colorado!
After this heartwarming family adventure, The High Road gives back to their engaged and loyal followers at their annual viewer appreciation party at Conroe Taxidermy. This is a premier event hosted in collaboration with Conroe Taxidermy, one of the biggest taxidermist studios in the world. This gathering serves as a way to thank dedicated viewers and sponsors who support the show’s mission of promoting the unification of hunters for the protection of our hunting heritage.
