In his new role, Barnett will work with key Zanders management staff members focusing on driving strategic growth opportunities, strengthening key partnerships, and expanding Zanders’ reach into emerging markets across the U.S. With a strong background in sales leadership, marketing and channel development, Barnett brings a results-driven approach to an already accomplished team.

Prior to joining Zanders, Barnett oversaw marketing, key accounts and ballistics testing for over 4 years at Underwood Ammunition. His passion for the shooting sports, 2A advocacy and deep industry connections make him uniquely positioned to support Zanders’ mission of being the distributor dealer’s trust. In Caleb’s free time he enjoys shooting, live sporting events, riding his Harley motorcycle and spending time with his son and family.
