The Outdoor Group Promotes Jipson to Customer Experience Manager

West Henrietta, NY - The Outdoor Group announces today that Katie Bates-Jipson has been promoted to the position of Customer Experience Manager. In her role, Katie will be responsible for improving the overall customer experience and fostering an engaged customer base.

“I’m thrilled to help grow the customer experience offered here at The Outdoor Group,” Jipson said. “I’m looking forward to strengthening the customer service team and providing the best service to our customers, dealers and distributors all over the world.”

Jipson has been with The Outdoor Group for six-plus years. While working as customer service representative she was also responsible for shipping orders, building and assembling Solid and SlickTrick broadheads and assisting with accounting, shipping, receiving and assembly. This added-value experience has been instrumental in Katie’s extensive knowledge of all TOG brands and her leadership skills within the company.

I’m proud to be working with her to continue to drive customer experience to world class levels for all brands under The Outdoor Group umbrella.”

In her role, Katie oversees the customer service team, including providing order entry, order updates, and technical support for all of the nine brands under The Outdoor Group umbrella. The Outdoor Group provides U.S.-based, live customer phone support from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern time from its headquarters in West Henrietta, New York.
