SCWA Names Elberhart Named Assistant Camp Woodie Director

Elizabeth “Liz” Eberhart joined the SCWA team in May 2021 as an instructor for Camp Woodie. She grew up in Rome, Georgia where she enjoyed deer hunting and fishing with her dad. Her dad became a falconer when she was young and would catch, train, and hunt hawks. She received her Bachelor's degree in Biology at the University of North Georgia. After college, she came to work for Camp Woodie where she fell in love with the environment and culture. When the summer ended, she stayed on staff as a Leopold instructor. After working for several months with Leopold, she was then promoted to our Heritage Director and Assistant Camp Woodie Director. She is excited to help educate our students and campers about habitat conservation through Heritage events and Camp Woodie.
