HuntStand and NWTF Announce Partnership

HuntStand®, the world’s most widely used hunting and land management application, is proud to announce a partnership with the National Wild Turkey Federation that will pave the way for both respected organizations to continue growing and prospering now and into the future.

“We are truly honored to welcome the NWTF as our newest corporate partner,” said Lanford Holloway, CEO of HuntStand’s parent company, Terrastride. “The NWTF is one of the most respected and effective conservation organizations in North America, a distinction earned through its tireless efforts over the past five decades that includes being the undisputed driving force behind wild turkey restoration. They’ve also made significant contributions to the conservation of all wildlife and the preservation of our hunting heritage, which makes them a perfect fit for HuntStand’s philosophy and core values.”

Under this multi-year agreement, new and renewing NWTF members will be offered discounts on HuntStand Pro and custom maps, and the organization will also receive exposure/promotion via the extensive HuntStand network that includes the app, social media, e-blasts and HuntStand e-newsletter, as well as revenue generated by the partnership to further its mission. HuntStand will receive exposure on NWTF’s website and in its magazine as well as via its social media, e-mail and member events.

“Our partnership with HuntStand aligns perfectly with the NWTF’s desire to provide our members with the latest information and tools they need to be successful while hunting and managing wildlife,” said Natalia Daniels, national director of corporate relations and licensing for NWTF. “We are grateful for HuntStand’s support and excited to share NWTF’s mission with its large and rapidly growing user base, while providing added value to current NWTF members.”

“As a hunter and conservationist, I am personally grateful for all NWTF has done to protect and enhance the wild things and wild places I value,” Holloway said. “All hunters should be equally thankful, which makes it easy for us to encourage our users to do their part for the future of hunting and conservation by joining the NWTF.”

HuntStand is the world’s most widely used hunting app with more than 6 million downloads and millions of active users. The app affords full offline capabilities, nationwide property ownership information, multiple satellite base layers, detailed weather information, and advanced map creation and sharing capabilities. HuntStand also offers a high-resolution map printing service. For more information, go to www.huntstand.com

About the National Wild Turkey Federation
When the National Wild Turkey Federation was founded in 1973, there were about 1.3 million wild turkeys in North America. After decades of work, that number hit a historic high of almost 7 million turkeys. To succeed, the NWTF stood behind science-based conservation and hunters' rights. Today, the NWTF is focused on the future of hunting and conservation through its Save the Habitat. Save the Hunt. Initiative. Since 2012, this 10-year initiative has already eclipsed goals of conserving or enhancing more than 4 million acres of essential wildlife habitat, recruiting or retaining more than 1.5 million hunters and opening access to more than 500,000 acres for hunting and other recreation opportunities. This critical work will continue to impact wildlife habitat and our great outdoors in the final years of the initiative. For more information, visit NWTF.org.
