NWTF Encourages Volunteers, Staff to Follow Local, State and National COVID-19 Guidelines

While the efforts of the National Wild Turkey Federation to Save the Habitat. Save the Hunt. are unwavering, slowing the progression of COVID-19 across the United States will take the efforts of our entire nation. Our nation’s health professionals and leaders need the help of all us to protect our vulnerable citizens. I am proud to be part of an amazing organization that steps up and does our part.

To assist in this national effort, we are asking all of our volunteers and staff to do their part and follow the local, state and federal restrictions and guidelines. This may mean an NWTF event needs to be rescheduled. We ask for your understanding, support and leadership. If your event is impacted by COVID-19 please reach out to the listed local contact on our events web page for more information (www.nwtf.org/events).

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow up with further communications and/or updates as they become available. With the help of our most dedicated volunteers and staff we will identify creative ways to continue to Save the Habitat. Save the Hunt. Working together, we will weather this storm and ensure our conservation and hunting heritage efforts continue long into the future.

Thank you for your patience as we continue to navigate this rapidly developing situation.

Sincerely,

Becky Humphries
NWTF CEO
