Celerant’s 20th Client Conference


Next week’s event brings together nationwide dealers to learn how to enhance their ATF compliance and utilize digital strategies to sell more

Iselin, NJ Celerant Technology, a preferred software provider for the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), will host its 20th client conference in Las Colinas, Texas. The conference will be held at the Hotel Omni from May 6-8, 2024, and features three days of educational seminars and collaborative workshops hosted by Celerant software trainers and expert industry speakers. The annual client conference aims to bring together FFL dealers that Celerant serves and share knowledge to help them comply better with ATF and federal laws and the changing landscape regarding firearm legalities.

What’s even more exciting is that we have several retailers and Celerant team members that have been with us since our first ever conference- 2 decades ago!

This year’s conference features sessions for in-store and eCommerce strategies and a track specifically for FFL dealers. Topics range from selling more products with less effort with distributor integrations, eliminating paper and storing 4473’s in the cloud, functionality to support manufacturing for Type 7 FFLs, and more will be available. Additional sessions include expanding your online presence, ranking your website closer to page one on Google, sending more effective, personalized emails based on triggers in the software, and using mobile shopping apps to increase sales and range operations.

Multiple panels will be offered this year, including an ATF Compliance Panel, and an ‘Ask the Experts’ with Bryan Chiafullo from FFLGuard for legal compliance backed with attorney/client privilege, Travis Glover from 4473Cloud/Silencer Shop, Jamison Collins from FastBound, John ‘JC’ Clark from FFL Consultants, and more. A client success panel will also be hosted with multiple Celerant retailers sharing best practices, including Kevin Chandler from Vance Outdoors, Mitch Tyler from SafeSide Tactical, Corbett Ferrell from D&D Texas Outfitters and more.
