Kulivan brings more than two decades of experience at the highest levels of philanthropy and nonprofit leadership. His career includes senior roles at the National Rifle Association, the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation, and as vice president of a nationally significant museum initiative. He has also served as a strategic consultant to some of the most prominent philanthropic organizations in the country. A lifelong supporter of the Second Amendment, Kulivan’s professional and personal commitment to firearms safety, education, and responsible ownership uniquely position him to lead the Foundation’s next phase of growth.
