Grand opening celebration set for September 27-28

Clarksville, TN- Mossy Oak Properties-Tennessee Land and Farm, a full-service rural land brokerage based in Franklin, Tennessee, is pleased to announce it will be adding a Clarksville office location this month.

According to Owner/Broker Jamie Spencer, the Clarksville location will complement their teams’ successful Franklin brokerage. “We are very excited about the opportunity to open our second office location in Montgomery County, TN. Spencer said his team will tip-off grand opening celebrations beginning Friday, September 27. “We have planned a ribbon cutting event at 10:30 AM on Friday, September 27th in coordination with the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce, followed by a Grand Opening event starting at 12:00 noon the next day, Saturday, September 28th. The grand opening event will feature food from the grill and beverages for all who attend. We have also teamed up with Bright Star Auctions to auction off a Stewart County farm consisting of 225 acres. Someone will be walking away with a new farm after this live auction starting promptly at 2:00 PM that Saturday, September 28th.”
