Whitetails Unlimited Grants $120,000 to NASP

Whitetails Unlimited awarded $120,000 in grants to the National Archery in the Schools Program this past fiscal year. NASP is an in-school program aimed at improving educational performance among students in grades 4-12. With this program students are learning focus, self-control, discipline, patience, and the life lessons required to be successful in the classroom and in life.

“We at the National Archery in the Schools Program are proud and grateful for the long time support by Whitetails Unlimited. Our more than 2,000,000 student participants are able learn an exciting shooting skill thanks to your “Gold Medal” support of our efforts,” said NASP President and CEO Roy Grimes. “In our latest student survey, our students said they have hunted with bows (17.46% ) and firearms (18%) because of NASP. I’m confident, many of those new young hunters counted, whitetail deer was their main quarry.”
