Stonewall, TX –Pnuma Outdoors is pleased to announce industry veteran Joe Haddock as Director of Product Development for Pnuma Outdoors and Heated Core.

In this role, Joe will be responsible for overseeing the continued legacy of quality and innovation that Pnuma and Heated Core are known for. This includes management of product ideation through commercialization and everything in-between.

Most recently, Haddock served as Category Manager of Apparel at Sportsman’s Warehouse. Prior to that, Joe has held roles including Director of Product Development and Global Sourcing for multiple companies in and outside the hunting industry. He began his career with Cabela’s where he started as an Art Director and later transitioned into purchasing, product design, and product development positions within the company. Joe has proven success bringing multiple new brands to the market, as well as managing existing brands/private label assortments. He has a passion for creating great customer experiences through product innovation.
