The Michigan History Foundation is hiring a Development Director to lead its fundraising efforts.

In addition to fundraising, this position will also support the foundation's board members, work in partnership with the staff at the Michigan History Center and manage the donor database. This is a part-time, nonsupervisory position.

The Michigan History Foundation is a (501)(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was created to raise private funding to support preserving Michigan’s rich history and culture for future generations. The foundation encourages the preservation and utilization of Michigan’s historical resources as cultural, economic and educational assets. It accomplishes this mission through a long-standing partnership with the Michigan History Center and the Archives of Michigan.
