EOTECH to Introduce Three New Magnifiers in 2020

MELBOURNE, FL — EOTECH, a division of L3Harris Technologies (NYSE:LHX), has announced that it will add three weapon-sight magnifiers to its product lineup in 2020. The G45, G43, and G30 join the existing G33—the magnifier used by members of U.S. Special Operations Command.
“EOTECH has long been an industry leader in magnifiers, as evidenced by the fact that our contract with USSOCOM includes both our Holographic Weapon Sights and our G33 magnifiers,” said Jeff Stawiarski, Vice President Sales & Marketing at EOTECH. “We’re excited to quadruple our offerings in this category for the coming year and bring consumers additional products to help them get on target faster, even at greater distances.”
EOTECH Holographic Weapon Sights offer a unique advantage to shooters who want to add a magnifier to their setup. Unlike the LED-produced aiming point in a standard red dot or reflex sight, which increases in size when magnified, the center dot in an EOTECH holographic reticle remains 1 MOA no matter the amount of magnification, providing an unobstructed target view at increased distances. With this in mind, EOTECH is proud to offer both 5x and 3x magnifiers in 2020.
Model G45
This 5x magnifier has similar weight and dimensional properties to the existing G33 magnifier, but with an additional 2x magnification for precise aiming at greater distances. The optic offers tool-free vertical and horizontal adjustments to center the reticle in the shooter’s field of view without changing the HWS’s point of impact. A flip mount provides fast transitioning from 5x to 1x. The G45 is 3.7 inches in length and weighs 12.8 ounces. It offers 2.6 inches of eye relief and has a field of view of 4.4 degrees. MSRP: $669
Model G43
This is a miniaturized version of EOTECH’s battle-tested G33 magnifier, making it one of the most compact and lightweight magnifiers available. Like the G45, the G43 features a flip mount and tool-free vertical and horizontal adjustments. The G43 is just 2.9 inches in length and weighs 11.3 ounces. It offers 2.6 inches of eye relief and has a field of view of 7.5 degrees. MSRP: $629
Model G30
Providing shooters with the same great magnification properties as EOTECH’s G33 magnifier at about half the cost, the G30 features a quick-detach fixed mount for fast and simple mounting and unmounting behind an HWS. The G30 is 4 inches in length and weighs 9.5 ounces. It offers 2.2 inches of eye relief and has a field of view of 7.3 degrees. MSRP: $319
