AMD Adds Duo to BoD

Phoenix, AZ – In keeping with their pace of growth and activity, Arizona Mule Deer .Org is excited to announce that they have addedtwo new members to their Board of Directors.

Kevin Hall is an Arizona native who was born in Yuma and moved to Prescott in 1966, where he currently resides. Having been raised to hunt and fish, the outdoors has always been a big part of his life. He passed down his love of the outdoors to his only daughter Katie, who also loves to hunt and fish. For the last 5 years, Kevin has hosted a Youth Deer Hunting Camp to teach youths various hunting and outdoor skills.

Kevin first started working with wildlife conservation groups in 1992. He served as Chairman of Prescott and Flagstaff chapters of the RMEF, served as Chairman for the MDF in Prescott and is currently the Chairman of Region 3 of the AMDO. It was here he was exposed to the benefits of wildlife fundraising. These contributions allowed him to take part in various work projects over the years such as; water solar conversions, dirt tank cleanouts, new water development, fence constructions and removals, tree planting, and hauling water during drought conditions to improve wildlife and their habitat.

Kevin is excited to serve on the board of the AMDO. He hopes to continue his passion by working as a team to continue to improve the habitat for the wildlife in the great state of Arizona.

Larry McCormick is a family man who was born and raised in Arizona. His parents introduced him to hunting and fishing at an early age. Many wonderful memories have been made in the forests, streams and deserts of this beautiful land and he was taught to be a steward of this environment. Leaving areas cleaner and healthier than you found it as well as wildlife preservation has attracted Larry to AMDO andspecifically their immediate call to action with projects.

He always operates with a sense of humor but his ability to inspire and lead others has led him to a very successful career with Waste Management. Larry has served with WM for 20 years and most recently as the Director of Safety for AZ, NM, CO, UT and West Texas. When Larry is not working or hunting, his curiosity tends to lead him to disassembling something trying to understand how it works or playing guitar and singing with family members.
