AirForce Airguns TalonP Carbine

( Ft. Worth, Texas) AirForce Airguns, manufacturers of the world’s most powerful air rifles, is excited to announce a new addition to its popular TalonP model air gun. Initially offered as a pistol, the TalonP in .25 caliber offers shooters and hunters a compact, lightweight option that takes full advantage of the AirForce in-line valve, rear-mounted bottle design.

For 2020, the TalonP will also be available in a carbine configuration. The TalonP Carbine will ship with an included buttstock as well as a newly designed modular moderator system that was derived from the same moderator used on AirForces popular LSS model big bore air rifles. In testing, this moderator system has proven to be extremely effective at mitigating the sound of the powerful TalonP air gun.

“The concept for the TalonP Carbine was a collaboration between our team here, at AirForce and the team at Airgun Depot. We thought it was a great idea to provide the market with a powerful, quiet, and lightweight hunting air rifle that can easily be broken down to fit into a pack or day bag so shooters can take it anywhere,” said AirForce Director of Marketing, Cameron Brinkerhoff. “We fully expect the TalonP to be one of our top sellers as it is a perfect starting point for airgunners looking to do a custom build based on the AirForce platform.”

TalonP Carbines are available to all dealers now and will be shipping by the beginning of February 2020. Those interested in getting a first-hand look at the TalonP Carbine can do so at the 2020 NSSF SHOT Show in booth 16127

Established in 1998, AirForce Airguns was the first company to mass-produce high-quality PCP air rifles in the United States. Every AirForce rifle features a German-made Lothar Walther match grade barrel with all other components being manufactured and assembled in their Ft. Worth, Texas-based manufacturing facility. AirForce Airguns, a founding member of the Airgun Sporting Association, continues to work to educate legislators and regulators about airguns on a local, state, and national level. In 2018 AirForce Airguns acquired RAW Airguns and continues to manufacture RAW rifles in the original RAW factory in Minor Hill, Tennessee.
