News sources report that on Monday, December 1, Utah state and county leaders, along with federal officials, met behind closed doors to discuss a draft proposal affecting public lands in the Beehive State. The group intentionally limited the number of participants to avoid violating open public meetings laws.
We are closely monitoring this potentially troubling situation and will review any proposed drafts brought forward for public comment.
