Rambo Bikes builds high-performance electric bikes for those who live for the outdoors — hunters, adventurers, and hard-core trail riders. Our bikes are engineered for rugged terrains and built to last. As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and help scale the business.

Position Summary:

The CFO will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company, with a strong focus on strategy, scalability, and operational excellence. This leader will oversee accounting, financial planning, capital management, and reporting — and will play a key role in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator with deep experience in NetSuite ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy: Lead long-term financial planning, analysis, and forecasting aligned with company objectives.
• Accounting & Reporting: Oversee accounting functions and deliver timely, GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• NetSuite ERP Oversight: Leverage NetSuite for financial reporting, inventory, and operations integration. Drive system optimization and best practices.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly reforecasting. Provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Cash Flow & Capital Management: Manage liquidity, banking relationships, and funding strategies.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance finance and accounting team.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure regulatory compliance, tax filings, and internal controls.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, supply chain, and operations to improve margin, inventory accuracy, and cost management.
• Board & Investor Relations: Support board-level reporting and investor communications, including during fundraising or due diligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred)
• 10+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a CFO or VP of Finance in a manufacturing or consumer products company
• Proven experience implementing, managing, and optimizing NetSuite ERP
• Strong background in FP&A, cash management, and operational finance
• Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Passion for the outdoors or familiarity with outdoor/lifestyle brands is a plus
