Various laws, regulations, and sanctions regulate what Big Daddy Unlimited is able to import and which countries it’s allowed to import from. As a general rule, Big Daddy Unlimited is unable to import many Modern Sporting Rifles (“assault weapons”) such as AR-15s, most Chinese and Russian firearms, NFA items for non-FFL/SOTs, and what the ATF defines as “Non-Sporting” handguns such as .380 Glocks.

For FFL/SOTs that provide a demonstration letter from a proper law enforcement entity, Big Daddy Unlimited can import all categories of NFA items such as machine guns, destructive devices, suppressors, short-barrel rifles (SBRs), and short-barrel shotguns.
