Bear Creek Arsenal produces high-quality rimfire firearms that capture the AR market by storm, allowing the ultra-popular .22 LR, .22 WMR, and .17 HMR to be fired from a mil-spec AR-15 lower. With an operative range of about 100-150 yards for the .22 LR and .22 WMR and around 230-250 yards for the .17 HMR, these rimfire options are perfect for plinking and varmint hunting. Whether you are a beginner or an avid shooter, you can train with the same platform as your other ARs. These three calibers have numerous advantages that make them the perfect firearm: low-cost training, minimal recoil, and noise reduction. These are proprietary and designed from the ground up for maximum reliability and accuracy using the finest materials and are offered in Black Nitride, Parkerized, or 416R Stainless Steel barrel options. BCA currently offers 7.5”, 10.5”, 16”, and 20” rimfire uppers and rifles. Our rimfire uses a straight blowback design and uses a standard ½ - 28 thread pitch and can be easily swapped for your favorite suppressor or muzzle device. For those that enjoy a higher-end AR pattern with all the trimmings but do not want to break the bank in ammunition, the rimfire option gives it all!
