Whitetails Unlimited Grants Over $10,000 to Ohio Bowhunting Club

Whitetails Unlimited awarded a grant totaling $10,804 to the Jackson Bowhunters located in Jackson, Ohio. The Jackson Bowhunters Club is a local archery club and range, whose main goal and purpose is to provide a place for people to shoot their bows, hone their skills, and educate others interested in learning how to shoot a bow. The grant will be used to purchase new equipment for over 100 youth to use during 3D archery programs.

WTU is a steadfast supporter of various shooting sport programs and has dedicated an entire program to the progression of shooting sport activities—our Staying on Target Program. Not only does the shooting sport industry generate Pittman-Robertson dollars, which helps fund wildlife conservation, it also inspires individuals to become hunters, carrying on the tradition for generations to come.
