Ridge Ridge Outdoor Media is the leading authority in digital marketing for shooting and outdoor brands and now has immediate full-time openings for Corporate Sales Agents. We are looking to hire quality sales agents active in the shooting and outdoor industries, and that want to get off the road and work from a home-based office. No weekends, shows, or holidays. This is a Monday through Friday normal business hours position.
What we’re looking for in you:
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives
Communicate with current and new customer accounts about updates, new offerings, and changes to products
Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses (written, telephone, video conference)
Address any problems that arise with accounts
Support compliance and principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting non-compliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state & local laws and regulations, and Company policies & procedures
Manage case loads
Qualifications
Demonstrate ability to relate to customers within the shooting and outdoor industries
Must be comfortable with cold calling to obtain leads
Experienced and comfortable presenting products and programs to prospective customers
Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customer concerns or objections
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong relationship-building skills required
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills are required
Excellent computer skills, including spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
