A New Season of Outdoor Channel’s “Dropped” Beginning February 4

DENVER (February 1, 2019) – Chris and Casey Keefer battle the elements in a new season of Dropped, beginning Monday, February 4 at 7:30 p.m. Dropped will air every Monday at 7:30 p.m. on Outdoor Channel.

Dropped: Expedition South Pacific, is the latest installment of the adventure show. It takes the Keefer brothers to some of the toughest terrain in the world – the New Zealand backcountry. They are flown into their desired location with no map, shelter or supplies and must race against the clock to find caches of modern gear to help them on their path back to civilization. Survival is dependent on their ability to work together. All the while, there is a constant feeling at any moment, something could go wrong. Dropped entertains and excites, while conveying the ominous feeling that is inherent when alone in the backcountry.

The Keefer Brothers share a passion for family, adventure and the outdoors. Both Chris and Casey are addicted to the adrenaline that comes with being dropped into the remote wilderness of New Zealand. One’s weakness is complimented by the others strength and what emerges is a wildly entertaining balance of adrenaline-soaked adventure, and a feeling of family and true brotherhood. The brothers buy into the mentality that you should push the limit of what you think you can do, to truly live, rather than just survive. They both feel a responsibility to pass along this mentality to their audience, as well as educating viewers about survival skills that everyone should know.
