DU TV This Week: Season Finale

Watch it on the Pursuit Channel or online

MEMPHIS, TN – The final 2020 episode of America’s longest running waterfowl hunting show, Ducks Unlimited Television, premieres this week on the Pursuit Channel.

We recap another great season with episode highlights ranging from Canada to Arizona. DU TV cameras captured exciting hunts for geese and ducks, including dry field hunts for wood ducks and Mexican ducks that must be seen to be believed.

The show also tells the stories of the people and places vital to DU’s mission. This season we featured Ontario 2019 DU Volunteer of the Year Lisa Tadgell and her husband Jamie. Their commitment to wetlands and waterfowl conservation is second to none.

New York State’s Tom Humberstone joined DU TV cameras on the St. Lawrence River near Canada. His DU commitment goes back over 30 years. On his hunt, DU’s Region 6 Director of Fundraising and Volunteer Relations Dan DeLawyer was along for the waterfowl and fellowship.

“Whether you are from upstate New York, Mississippi or Pennsylvania, there’s one tie that binds waterfowl hunters together,” DeLawyer said. “It’s the activity of waterfowl hunting, appreciating the resource and conserving it with diligence and passion. DU volunteers around North America understand this commitment and work hard to make it happen.”

DU CEO Adam Putnam touched on the prairie pothole region in his “Insights” conservation segment. Putnam appeared in all 13 episodes this season, educating the audience on waterfowl and wetlands priorities around North America and providing information on Ducks Unlimited volunteer programs.

DU TV cameras were all over the country this season, bringing our audience the best of what waterfowling has to offer. Stay tuned for another great adventure in 2021!
