The Product Development team responsible for that long-standing success has strengthened its talent stable with the addition of two strong industry veterans.

Amanda Schantz has joined the Allen Company as the Director of Product Development for Softlines Production. Amanda has over 12 years of Product Design and Development. Formerly with Maurice Sporting Goods, Northbrook, Illinois, Amanda was the Director of Product Development and Marketing. She was responsible for design, project management, packaging and long-term product strategy.

Eric Chow has joined the Allen Company as the Director of Product Development with a Hardlines Focus. Eric has a 10-year background in Shooting and Outdoor Gear. He was most recently heading the design of precision shooting products with an emphasis on R & D at Magpul Industries.
