Position: Community and Content Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and ambassadors
Provide and execute tactics and strategies to grow and scale an ambassador program for the Realtree brand
Manage and develop content influencer teams
Manage and catalog content using a DAM
Execute and manage email marketing campaigns
Manage and deploy PR strategies that support partners
Coordinate PR, media and content and brand events
Interact with consumers on a day-to-day basis on all Realtree Digital platforms
Proficiencies:
Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Excel
Using data to make business decisions
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong working knowledge of photography equipment and techniques.

Experience:
Proven experience with writing, editing, photography, social media, account management, event marketing, trade show management.

Position: Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create using Adobe Creative Suite
Create layouts, artwork and new color palettes
Assist in new product development
Be able to execute design and projects quickly for digital and print
Manage time, workload and be self-sufficient
Have great interpersonal and communication skills
Required Experience and Proficiencies:
Adobe Creative Suite: Highly proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to innovate and have strong sense of color
Excellent photography and photo editing skills
5+ years experience with textile design and apparel graphics
Strong understanding of market trends with an ability to easily translate and adapt to brand aesthetic
Knowledge of techniques, production and color separation
Microsoft Excel
