Winchester Ammunition-The Official Ammo Of The Collegiate Shooting Championships

In the midst of the 2008 PGA Masters and the spring turkey season, the 40th annual Association of College Unions International Intercollegiate Clay Target Championships will be in full swing at the National Shooting Complex, April 10-13, in San Antonio, Texas.

Participants from colleges and universities all across the United States will be shooting Winchester® AA® Target Loads during the competition.

The ACUI Clay Target Championships is the only collegiate event featuring all five clay target sports: International Skeet and Trap, American Skeet and Trap, and five-stand sporting clays.

The program provides a quality experience for students that teaches fair play, concentration, and logic skills and enhances interpersonal relationships.

In order to compete in this event, participants must meet the following academic eligibility requirements:

- Must be enrolled in a college or university
- Must be enrolled in at least three credit hours
- Graduate students must be enrolled as full-time students
- Must have completed six credit hours between appearances at the tournament
- Must not receive compensation, serve as a spokesperson for any shooting-related company or be considered a professional shooter/athlete in any shooting sport

"Successfully juggling academic work and an extracurricular activity such as the shooting sports can be very challenging and these participants are going above and beyond to compete. - Winchester Women's High Overall Combined Trap Events-$500
