RISE Named Business of the Year and Manufacturer of the Year by Broken Arrow, OK, Chamber

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma – February 7th, 2019 — RISE Armament, a premier manufacturer and supplier of AR firearms and components, was recently recognized by its local community as the Business of the Year and as the Manufacturer of the Year at the Broken Arrow Chamber Awards Gala, held on February 2nd in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Both awards seek companies that bring value to their local area in the form of jobs, community involvement, and improved wealth. In 2018, RISE Armament exemplified exactly what each of these honors stand for.

In 2018, RISE Armament revenue grew by 74.5%. As a comparison, the industry declined by 15.2%. RISE nearly doubled its workforce in 2018 and completed multiple facility improvements and expansions. Approximately 94% of RISE Armament sales come from out of state. This influx of revenue greatly benefits Oklahoma and the local community of Broken Arrow.

RISE Armament prioritizes donating to its community and other causes, headlined by relationships with organizations such as Eagle Ops, which connects veterans to the resources they need, and Folds of Honor, which provides educational scholarships for children and spouses of wounded or fallen service members. Since partnering with Folds of Honor in May of 2018, RISE has raised enough money for 40 Folds of Honor scholarships.

As part of its mission to make a lasting difference, RISE Armament launched its law enforcement division — RISE LE — in 2018, which focuses on creating the best rifles at an affordable price for law enforcement officers. RISE is proud to say the Broken Arrow Police Department Special Operations team is using its rifles to help protect its hometown community.
