Whitetails Unlimited announces Megan Richard as the organization’s new Communications Director and editor of Whitetails Unlimited Magazine. Richard will be replacing Jeff Davis as he retires. “We’re thrilled to have Megan as a part of our team,” said WTU President Jeff Schinkten. “She has hit the ground running and has plenty of new and interesting ideas to help us grow.”
Richard, a resident of Door County, Wisconsin, is an avid outdoorist who enjoys hiking, fishing, boating, hunting, and experiencing outdoor activities in new places. She comes from a hunting family and is well-versed in the traditions that deer hunting provides.
Richard is a graduate of St. Norbert College in Green Bay, Wisconsin with a degree in English. With prior experience in the book publishing industry and a literary nonprofit, she is skilled in editing, writing, and other various aspects of communications and marketing. She is excited to combine her interests in the outdoors with her passions for reading and writing in this position.
