Blade Show is billed as the “world’s largest knife show” and if you’ve been there, you’re probably nodding in agreement. Exhibitors and attendees from around the world descend on the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, Georgia to show new creations, showcase new technologies and offer anything from brand new composites for knife handles to freshly rolled steel off vintage forges.

We’ll have a full rundown on Blade Show 2025 in the next edition of The Knife Wire, but we’ll also have a look at one of the hot ticket items in the knife making industry as well as a look at some potential challenges for virtually every industry when it comes to acquiring specialized types of steel.
