The Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks Region 7 Citizens Advisory Council (CAC) will meet Wednesday, Dec. 4, at the Miles City FWP office. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. and is anticipated to last three hours.

Helena FWP staff will be in attendance at the December meeting, which will feature discussion on FWP’s proposed budget and legislation. Local legislators also were invited to attend. Every CAC meeting includes a member roundtable discussion, during which members can express concerns and ideas from their area and constituents.

The CAC is a general advisory committee that provides input and feedback to FWP on diverse issues, from wildlife and fisheries management to access, state parks, outdoor recreation, and law enforcement. The committee is designed to have a membership that represents a variety of Montana communities and natural resource interests.
