Learn to make Sausage, Bologna and Jerky at 2009 Eastern Sports & Outdoor Show

HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA- Master butcher Rick Fetrow will teach attendees at the 2009 Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show®, presented by Chevrolet (February 7-15) how to make homemade sausage, bologna and jerky during twice-daily seminars.

"I'll provide proper instruction and advice on how to easily and safely make delicious sausage, bologna and jerky at home," says Fetrow, owner of Grandpa's Country Butcher Shop in Carlisle, with over 33 years experience as a butcher.

Fetrow's seminars will also include hands-on demonstrations on how to grind, stuff, bag, and smoke sausage and bologna, and how to slice, cure and smoke jerky using a variety of meats and ingredients.
