InterMedia Outdoors Stable of Websites Setting Records Across All Categories

More than 1.6 million monthly unique visitors and nearly 100 million page views across IMO's 16 websites

New York, New York-InterMedia Outdoors (IMO), the leading multimedia company exclusively serving outdoors enthusiasts, yesterday released its web traffic numbers for the first half of 2008, highlighting its record-breaking performance across its portfolio of 16 websites dedicated to the outdoors. In the aggregate IMO's network reached almost 100 million page views in the first 6 months of 2008. Led by power brands such as In-Fisherman, Guns&Ammo, Petersen's Hunting and Florida Sportsman, IMO's portfolio of sites have set records for both monthly unique visitors (22% average increase) and monthly page views (10% average increase) in each of the first six months of this year.

Major highlights include:
- Hunting: individual monthly records set for unique visitors in each month January through June, all-time record number of page views (1.8 million) reached in January
- Unique Visitors at Huntingmag.com up 25% in 1H08 versus last year
- Shooting: individual monthly records set for unique visitors and page views set in each month January through June, all-time record number of page views (5.4 million) reached in January
- Unique Visitors at Handguns.com up 20% in 1H08 versus last year
- Fishing: individual monthly records for unique visitors set in each month January through May, all-time record number of unique visitors (464,504) reached in March
- Unique Visitors at FloridaSportsman.com up 13% in 1H08 versus last year

IMO's Executive Vice President for Digital Media and Television, Willy Burkhardt remarked, "We are very excited about how well the enthusiast community is responding to the changes we have begun to make to our network of websites. The growth over the last 6 months has been directly connected with our efforts to expand the depth and breadth of content available online."

IMO is gearing up for the introduction of new web designs for each of its sites over the next 12 months, beginning with the relaunch of Gunsandammomag.com next month. "An improved user experience combined with innovative tools, new site functionality and expanded content should spark additional enthusiast participation online," Burkhardt added.
