The Ruffed Grouse Society’s 21th Annual Southeastern Pennsylvania Sponsor Appreciation Dinner will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at Fish Pond, Swiftwater Lane, Leesport, Pennsylvania beginning with cocktails at 6:30 p.m. Dinner to be serve at 7:30 p.m.

According to Trig Kleppinger, attendees better bring their appetite because they’re going to need it. Along with the cocktail hour which includes a raw bar with oysters and clams, attendees have a choice of steak or 1 ½- pound lobster as an entrée. Accompanied side dishes, potatoes, vegetables etc., will be served family style. Beer and soda is provided, but if you want wine or liquor you best bring your own.

There are several sponsorship packages available including the $250 Dinner Sponsor package which includes one membership dinner ticket, one sponsor ticket in the gun drawing and a choice of three optional incentives; the $500 Conservation Sponsor package that includes one membership ticket, 1 guest dinner ticket, two gun drawing tickets, and a choice of three optional incentives. The $1,000 Sustaining Sponsor membership package includes a membership ticket, 3 guest dinner tickets, a framed print and four tickets in the special gun drawing. And, should 40 sponsors sign up, the Sponsors drawing gun will be a Kimber Valier II 20 Gauge SxS shotgun. The gun retails for $5000.
