Farmingdale, New York- SunBuster's Pro Staff Shooter Bruce Piatt rides into hot and humid San Antonio, Texas, and leaves winning two national championships at the 2007 Sportsman's Team Challenge this past weekend. Having recently set two national records at the NRA Bianchi Cup, Piatt captured wins in the 3 Man Team Event and in the 2 Man National Championship. Piatt said, "Competing in all of the Sportsman Team Challenge events requires me to utilize all of my shooting skills and have confidence in my equipment, which SunBuster® provides by having distortion free lenses."
Steve Asman, president of SunBuster, agreeing with Piatt's comments, said, "Our ShotReaders™ lenses are optically cut and color-designed for specific sports activities, which will enhance any shooter's visual acuity and performance, regardless of the lighting conditions. Competitive shooters are making the switch to SunBuster, and are experiencing themselves that our ShotReaders do give the shooter an eye up on competition. Once again, Bruce is proving our company line of See Better, Shoot Better™ eyewear is enhancing his winning record."
SunBuster has designed The Maverick™ and The Dude™, two lightweight frames specifically designed for the shooter. Both models provide a comfortable fit for all-day wearing. Each model includes an interchangeable lens system of five lenses scientifically created to enhance and maximize a shooter's ability to perform under different lighting and target presentations in competitive shooting. The first lens system is the Pistol/Indoor system and the second is the Shooting/Hunting system. Each provides a patented rimless insert - available in a wide range of prescriptions. Additional custom colored lenses are available to add to either of the systems.
SunBuster's mission is to give all outdoor sports enthusiasts unsurpassed performance by enhancing their vision without damage, distortion or distraction. It is the perfect eyewear for biking, fishing, golfing, hiking, hunting or just a walk in the sun.
