See Jupiter, Saturn and distant star clusters during a stargazing event at Summit Lake State Park, May 19.
Astronomy enthusiasts Steve and Debbie Russel will host the event from sunset until late night at the end of Loop A in the campground.
Telescopes and binoculars will be available. Participants should refrain from using white-light flashlights or cell phones because they affect night vision.
Participation is free and open to everyone after paying the standard gate fee of $7 per in-state vehicle or $9 per out-of-state vehicle.
