Donated Bows Provided To Arizona Elk Society's Hunts For Heroes Program

EVANSVILLE, IN – Bear Archery donated bows and crossbows to the Arizona Elk Society to support its Hunts for Heroes program.

The Arizona Elk Society's Hunts for Heroes mission provides hunting opportunities to returning military veterans in Arizona who have been left with a disability while in service of the nation's military. This program allows injured service personnel a form of therapy experiencing the great outdoors.

Bear Archery's donated bows and crossbows will be used by the military veterans who are new to hunting and do not have the required equipment. After the hunt, the gear will be returned and reissued to be used again by another veteran.
