Learn to identify wildflowers and other plants during Monroe Lake's Flora Field Days this summer and fall.

Flora Field Days take place at 9:30 a.m. on the first Tuesday of each month through October.

Naturalist Jill Vance will lead the sessions. Each takes place at a different location around the lake. All are free but require advance registration.

Participants of all skill levels are welcome. Identification skills are taught using Newcomb's Wildflower Guide. Copies of the guide are available for participants to borrow.
