Woodworth is an 18-year veteran of Parker and most recently served as Senior Vice President, overseeing sales and customer service. During his tenure, Woodworth has been an integral part of the growth and success that Parker has experienced through the last 20+ years. His leadership and industry knowledge has positioned him well to continue contributing to Parker's legacy as a worldwide leader in compound bows and crossbows. As President of Parker Bows, Woodworth will direct all facets of daily operations – including product development, production, sales & marketing and administration.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he earned undergraduate and graduate degrees and was an All-American Swimmer. Tom is also the son-in-law of Bob and Jeannie Errett (founders of Parker Bows) and he and his wife, Lindsey, have five children. "Bob and Jeannie afforded me the opportunity when I started at Parker Bows to be a part of every aspect of their company. Over my 18 years, I was fortunate to have been involved in product development, marketing, production, sales, shipping, administration, and customer service. It is an honor to be able to use these experiences to continue the family legacy. I look forward to leading the management team in continuing to build upon the foundation laid by Bob and Jeannie," said Tom Woodworth, President of Parker Bows.
