The Pope and Young Club invites archery manufacturers and outfitters to the Pope and Young Convention held at the St. Louis

Union Station Hotel April 5 - 8, 2017

Chatfield, MN - The Pope and Young Club would like to take this opportunity to invite archery manufacturers and outfitters to attend the 2017 Biennial Convention. Every two years the Pope and Young Club gathers to celebrate North America's rich bowhunting heritage, honor outstanding examples of this continent's wildlife, discuss issues relevant to the Club's role as a leader in the hunting and conservation community, do a little fundraising for the Club's Conservation Fund, and talk with old friends and meet new ones! Come join Pope and Young Club members from all over North

America for our 2017 gathering!

At the center of this gathering is the manufacturer and outfitter area located in the Union Station Midway. The Midway once serviced more than 10,000 rail passengers a day. The area was connected to the massive Train Shed, where passengers lined up to board trains through one of the

32 boarding gates. The Midway was constructed with a light-steel-trussed roof of glass and iron.

Booth cost: $600, 8x10-foot booth space

Payment #1 of $300.00 deposit paid with reservation.

Payment #2 of $300.00 on or before April 1, 2017.

*(Outfitters that donate a hunt for the Convention's live-auction event will receive 1 free 8'x10' booth)

All booths include:

• 8' high back wall draperies • 3' high side rail draperies

• (1) black skirted table • (2) chairs

• (1) wastebasket • (1) 7" x 44" exhibitor identification sign
