OSG and Go RVing Launch Weekends AWAY Online Series

In time for vacation planning, new series across web and television highlights the best locations to visit this summer…in your RV

DENVER – Outdoor Sportsman Group (OSG), the world's largest aggregator and content provider of outdoor lifestyle content, has teamed up with Go RVing to create the Weekends AWAY summer adventure travel series as part of an OSG Integrated Media initiative which beganMonday, May 2.

Weekends AWAY details three great summer destinations to visit: Blue Mountain Lake, NY; Copper Harbor, MI and Steamboat Lake, CO — all in your RV. The Weekends AWAY website provides fun places to visit and photograph en route to an ultimate destination where your RV becomes your basecamp to adventure. Fish, hike, photograph and explore these three top destinations.

Content was created by outdoor travel experts who know all of the best places to visit with inside tips on great places to eat, what equipment to bring, fun things to do and tasty recipes you can make from fresh ingredients (and fish) gathered while visiting some of America's most picturesque scenery in an RV.

Since the start date of May 2 and for the following four weeks, viewers have the opportunity to enter the Weekends AWAY Sweepstakes. There is a weekly prize winner of a $225 gift card to Cabela's and one grand prize winner of a $4,000 shopping spree at Cabela's.
