Submit your best images to West Marine 2016 Photo Contest
WATSONVILLE, CA– West Marine (Nasdaq:WMAR), one of the world's largest waterlife outfitters, today announced the kick off of the 2016 West Advantage Calendar Photo Contest. Thirteen talented photographers will see images of their life on the water featured in the 2016 calendar and will each win $100 West Marine Gift Certificates.
Contest entry registration opens July 1, 2015, and closes July 31, 2015. Entry is free and is open to West Marine West Advantage members. (Sign up to become a West Advantage member at westmarine.com/westadvantage.) Photos should capture the beauty and enjoyment of life on the water in an outdoor setting. Entrants are encouraged to send in photos of themselves, friends and family enjoying boating, snorkeling, kayaking and just relaxing by the seaside. Entrants should seek permission from any people featured. Photos will be judged on the photograph's quality, setting, context and appropriateness for calendar use, as well as compliance with contest rules.
