SUMMARY

• This production worker role will primarily focus on the wrapping of our Sage fly rods.

PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES

• Performs production goals as assigned
  
• Meet cycle time and quality expectations as communicated by the supervisor
  
• Maintains accurate inventory levels within their work space
  
• Support all continuous improvement activities within the functional area

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
  
• Excellent hand /eye coordination, manual dexterity, attention to detail and meticulous.
  
• Be able to work on repetitive tasks while sitting for long periods of time.

SCHEDULE

• Part-Time positions are available
  
• Training is approximately 6-8 weeks, no training on Friday
  
• Part-Time schedules after training will be worked out with your supervisor
