Established in 1989, Outtech Inc. is one of the outdoor industry's leaders in sales and marketing and maintains a portfolio of brand leaders across the categories they represent. Outtech already has a strong group of over 75 industry specialists spread across three divisions and continues to add new members to the team.

Justin Blouin joins Outtech as the newest Regional Manager of the Outdoor Division. Justin will be working with accounts in eastern New York and New England. He most recently worked with the National Wild Turkey Federation where he served as a Regional Director for New England. He also spent several years with L.L. Bean as a Manager for the Hunting and Fishing Store located in Freeport, Maine. Justin is an avid outdoorsman, bowhunter, waterfowl hunter and fisherman. He holds a bachelor's degree in Conservation Law Enforcement from Unity College in Maine.

Also joining Outtech is Ryan Dusek as a Regional Manager for the Outdoor Division. Ryan will be working with accounts in Oklahoma and northern Texas. Ryan is a lifelong outdoorsman, participating in hunting, fishing and competitive 3D archery. He has also been a member of the Truglo Pro Staff since 2010. Ryan holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi and a master's degree from The New School.
