Four New Knives Introduced At SHOT Show by Bear & Son Cutlery®

Bear & Son Cutlery® unveiled four new knives at the 2015 SHOT Show, including the Model G13 Sideliner Lock offering key features and benefits at a very affordable price.

It has a 3-inch modified drop-point blade made of 440 high-carbon stainless steel with a satin finish. Heat-treated to a 57-59 Rockwell hardness, it will hold an edge and is corrosion resistant. A thumb-hole on the blade makes it easy to open with one hand and is secured open by a sideliner lock.

The G13 has a black handle made of G10, the superior lightweight material for strength, resistance to heat or cold, and for providing a sure grip wet or dry in the toughest conditions. Three lightening holes in the G13 handle keep the weight at just 2.7 ounces, including a metal pocket clip for easy carry. Closed length is 4-1/2" and the retail price is $50.

Bear's popular 4th Generation Series has been expanded with the addition of two "Single Blade Slimline Trappers," with a choice of handle materials. The C3148 handles are yellow Delrin® and the C2148, Heritage Walnut.

Both feature a 2-7/8" clip blade made of 1095 carbon steel, which holds a keen edge and is easy to sharpen when needed. Closed, they are 3-7/8" and weigh 1.7 ounces. Each has a retail price of $46.

From Bear OPS®, comes another new model for 2015, the automatic push-button AC-350-ALBK-S, designed for fast activation. It has a satin finish 3-1/2" spear-point blade made of premium quality CPM-S30V stainless steel for a superior edge. The black handle is T6 aircraft aluminum and has a metal pocket clip for convenient access. Closed, the AC-350 is 5" long and weighs 3 ounces. Retail price, $195.

All of these new models are made in the USA, as are all Bear & Son knives, and they are backed by Bear's respected Lifetime Warranty. For more about the full line of Bear & Son Cutlery® and Bear OPS® knives, visit their web site, www.bearandsoncutlery.com
