HunterEdCourse.com Approved in Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) is the latest of many states to approve HunterEdCourse.com as an official online hunter safety course. Jon King, Hunter Education Administrator for the WDNR noted that "offering a more economical alternative to online hunter education than what is currently on the market is essential to the recruitment of new hunters."

At only $13, nearly half the price of the other offerings, Hunter Ed Course is making a concerted effort to ensure that the cost of entry is not a barrier to becoming a hunter. All Wisconsin hunters born on or after January 1, 1973 are required to successfully complete hunter education and earn a hunter education card.

New hunters enrolled in HunterEdCourse.com online hunter education are able to study and learn when and where it is convenient for their schedule. After completing a Wisconsin online hunter safety course, a learner must also attend a Wisconsin DNR field day for "hands-on" learning and gun-handling.

HunterEdCourse.com features the exclusive Easy Learning System™, a proven and effective method for quick and easy learning.

The Easy Learning System™ uses narration that matches the printed word within the course. Photos that replicate the realism of the field support the lessons. Interactive exercises bring the fun of video games to a student's learning.

The Power of Three™ Learning Process teaches a student to be a safe and ethical hunter in three easy steps: 1) Learn 2) Practice 3) Earn.

The developers of Hunter Ed Course created a customized course for the Wisconsin. It features the Wisconsin TABK formula for firearm safety, special visuals, quizzes and other Wisconsin-specific elements.

TABK: "T" means "Treat every firearm as if it's loaded."; "A" means "Always point the muzzle in a safe direction."; "B" means "Be certain of your target and what's beyond." and "K" means "Keep your finger out of the trigger guard until ready to shoot."

A Wisconsin-specific web-landing page has been created for Wisconsin hunters to learn about hunter education requirements and enrolling in the HunterEdCourse.com online course: www.HunterEdCourse.com/state/wisconsin.
