Team Blade-Tech Sweeps the Trophy Table at the 2014 Washington State IDPA Championship.
Blade-Tech was honored to be the overall executive match sponsor of the 2014 Blade-Tech Washington State IDPA Championship. The Tier 3 IDPA Championship match was hosted at the RENTON FISH & GAME CLUB INC, on August 16 & 17. One hundred and fifty scored shooters participated in the event, shooting stages that were very challenging and well developed, something we have come to expect at this venue.
We'd like to formally congratulate our Team shooters Nils Jonasson, Brett Russo, Cody McKenna and Danielle Vermeulen for wins in their respective divisions and classes. Nils was the high overall shooter and was recognized as the "Enhanced Service Pistol" Division Champion. Nils won the ESP division by the smoking hot margin of 52.12 seconds over the second place finisher with a final time of 188.72.
Cody McKenna took overall shooter in the "Stock Service Pistol" Division and was named Division Champion. Brett Russo, Took 1st Place Expert in "ESP" and Danielle Vermeulen won the "High Lady" title. Each Blade-Tech team member used our Classic OWB holsters and our new Team Gear magazine pouches. This new pouch design was developed to complement the mechanics of a shooters reload at IDPA and concealed carry events. We are excited by the reception this offering has received.
