Sportsman Channel Talent to Appear at the 143rd Annual NRA Meeting & Exhibits

NEW BERLIN, WI - Sportsman Channel, the leader in outdoor TV for American sportsmen and women, is bringing in the big guns for the 143rd Annual NRA Meeting & Exhibits with appearances by "The Gunny" R. Lee Ermey, Brian "Pig Man" Quaca, Melissa Bachman, Matt Hughes and others to headline the network's stage (#7455) April 25-27, 2014 in Indianapolis. Additionally, NRANEWS Cam & Co. will televise its show live from Indianapolis. Host, Cam Edwards, will sit down with guests - Marty Daniel of Daniel Defense, Matt Hughes will discuss his new show UNCAGED, Tim Schmidt with USCCA and more - as Cam explores the stories, people and places behind the headlines that affect the lifestyle of people who love to hunt, shoot and fish.

Actor and former Marine, R. Lee Ermey is the host of the new series Saving Private K-9 premiering May 15 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT. Ermey is well known for his role in the movie, Full Metal Jacket. Saving Private K-9 highlights military dogs' battlefield training, heroic accomplishments and relationships with their handlers - as well as their impact on those who have worked with them.

Attendees are encouraged to stop by Sportsman's booth (#7455) and Bass Pro Shops (#8072) for a chance to win "Breakfast with the Pig," as in Brian "Pigman" Quaca, for a special bacon-filled breakfast on Saturday, April 26. Two winners plus their guests will get to sit down with the "Sultan of Swine" himself to hear tales from his Texas adventures. Plus, three runner-ups will receive a $100 Bass Pro Shops gift card and 10 will receive a Sportsman Channel t-shirt. Entries will be accepted on Friday at the Sportsman Channel booth #7455 and Bass Pro Shops booth #8072. The drawings will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Friday at the Sportsman Channel booth. Winners must be present to win.

NRA's popular talk-radio show NRANEWS Cam & Co. will televise direct from the show floor on Thursday, April 24 and Friday, April 25. NRANEWS Cam & Co. is the one and only news-talk series on television that can authoritatively address the issues that are vital to more than 80 million American sportsmen and sportswomen.
